Creativity Thrives in Freedom, I Like Stonebwoy’s Putuu – Kwame Dadzie

Kwame Dadzie has in a review admonished music enthusiasts and entertainment critics to give room for creativity to thrive.

The broadcast journalist and writer who was reviewing Stonebwoys recently released controversial song, Putuu, on Breakfast Daily on Citi TV on Friday, July 24, 2020, explained that creativity thrives in freedom and must be allowed in other to satisfy varied tastes and preferences.

“We should sometimes give room for our creatives to operate. Creativity thrives in freedom. Let them thrive; do different things to satisfy different taste,” he stated.

Kwame Dadzie, however, confessed he likes the song despite a greater per cent of it is buried in mumbling.

“He (Stonebwoy) has a few lines in the song that talks about prayer, a few lines in Ga and English but about 99.9 per cent of the entire song is putuu – mumbling!” Kwame Dadzie added.

Putuu Freestyle (Prayer) by Stonebwoy which was released in less than a week has been featured in most Ghanaian entertainment discussions and reviews and has enjoyed about 145K views on YouTube.
