Emirates’ emphasis on meeting and fulfilling customer standards was recognised by the Ghana Business Standard Awards as the ‘Outstanding Airline Company of the Year’ 2020.
Emirates airline has been awarded for its exemplary contribution in its field, showing a high level of service delivery, competitiveness and creativity.
Emirates continues to be recognized for its operational excellence and outstanding goods and services, both in the air and on the ground.
The event, which took place at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel on the theme: “Celebrating Organizations Dedicated to Advanced Business Practices for Sustainable Development” brought together business and government leaders as well as industry professionals from across the Ghanaian business community.
Emirates Country Manager for Ghana, Catherine Wesley, who received the award on behalf of the airline said,
“We are honoured to receive the Outstanding Airline Company of the Year, and being recognized in Ghana is a fantastic motivation, particularly in these unprecedented times. Our loyalty to our customers is greater than ever, and we are working hard to ensure that our customers not only travel better but also travel safer, ensuring that they have the best possible experience in every touchpoint.”
As a global airline, Emirates is completely oriented and dedicated to its network and the airline is working hard to restore it to pre-pandemic levels in the coming months as more airports and cities re-open.
