Ghanaian Gospel worshipper cum presenter, OB Nartey has described the gospel music fraternity as having absolutely no agenda.

In his latest series of Facebook updates chanced upon by, OB Nartey without mincing words described the gospel music fraternity as clueless of their purpose and mission.

He bemoans that while other gospel artists especially their Nigerians colleagues are breaking barriers into Joel Osteen’s Lakewood Church, the Ghanaian Gospel musicians are busy playing and turning into Bishops, Revs, Apostles, Lady Revs, etc.

Sinach is with the Lakewood Church. Tim Godfrey ft. Travis Green and Israel Houghton, Mercy Chiwo ft JJ Hairston, Steve Crown ft Phil Thompson, Nathaniel Bassey, Travis Green among others have all penetrated the Lakewood Church market leaving their Ghanaian gospel artists collaborating with secular musicians in the bid of soul winning.

OB Nartey further added that the Ghanaian gospel artists – secular artist collaboration has become necessary because the Ghanaian gospel musicians lack adequate content but rich in fashion.

“Ghanaian Gospel Artist ft Daddy Lumba KK fosu Adani best Amakye Dede Kwame Eugene, Keche Agraada🤣🤣🤣🤣 we want to win soul…Madam and Massa you no get content. Have you finished winning yourself,” he quizzed.

“Our churches sing Nigerian songs because it’s rich in content has protein fiber and nutritionally rich for the soul. As our own its rich in clothes makeups dancers flowers revenge insults “ekutai” etc. No agenda no focus,” he added.

OB called for unity in the gospel fraternity. A fraternity divided among itself he reiterated shall not stand.

“Ghana Gospel must rise again,” he declared.
