Celebrated Ghanaian rapper, Obrafour has opened up on how he once doubted the existence of God after the death of his mother who has been his backbone

The rap executioner born Michael Elliot Kwabena Okyere Darko, who is the role model of most rappers, recounted that his mother’s early death made him lost hope in life and felt there was no God.

According to him, his mother was his main backbone in his career though he had no plans of becoming a rapper.

“I lost faith in God because I never thought I could lose my mother who has been my backbone in a way she died. This made me lost faith in God,” he explained.

The godfather rapper to sakordie and other up coming rappers on Adom Fm’s Work and Happiness mid-morning show discolsed his mother’s death made him hopeless and homeless because he thought he had lost it all.

“After my mother’s death i left home to learn rap for survival on the streets,” he stated.

Obrafour whose debut ‘Pae Mu Ka’ album which turns 20 this year said, he never thought of becoming this relevant in music and to be celebrated but God is the master planner in life and therefore gives thanks to God and every individual for supporting him.
