PAAAM Donates Items worth GHS 42,000 to Ghana Prisons

KOFORIDUA: The Prophet Albert Arjarquah-Asihene Ministries (PAAAM) has donated items estimated at GHS 42,000 to the Koforidua Ghana Prisons inmates.

The donation is part of the ministry’s annual effort to reach out to the inmates, share the gospel of God and pray with them. His annual outreach to the Koforidua prisons has been running for 5 years.

Some of the items include a brand new set of musical instruments, assorted drinks, toiletries, nose masks and hand sanitizers, flip flops, packs of bottled water and bags of sachet water, bags of rice, packed food, etc.

Donating the items on behalf of PAAAM to the Koforidua Ghana Prisons Service on Saturday, June 19, 2021, Prophet Asihene-Arjarquah who also doubles as the head minister of the Assemblies of God, Omega Chapel said,

“The inmates have something special and useful when given the opportunity like Moses who came from prison to liberate the Israelites from the hands of Pharaoh.”

He also used the opportunity to applaud the Church of Pentecost for building an ultra-modern prison infrastructure at Ejura in the Ashanti Region.

The Deputy Director of Prisons, Kwaku Ababio Ali in his remark thanked Prophet Asihene-Arjarquah and his ministry, the Omega Church, and all people for contributing to keeping the inmate safe and sound.

He added that the donation will go a long way in meeting the various needs and challenges facing the prison service in taking care of their welfare.
