Tagoe Sisters and Daughters of Glorious Jesus To Collaborate On Music Project

www.ghanaweekend.com | Two all-female music groups, Tagoe Sisters and Daughters of Glorious Jesus are scheduled to produce a joint music project.

The twinning group, Tagoe Sisters which comprises Lydia Dedei Yawson Nee Tagoe and Elizabeth Korkoi Tagoe came on the Ghanaian gospel scene in 1983.

They have songs like ‘Wo Ye Jesus’, ‘Manya Yesu’, Abandenden’, ‘Osombo’, ‘Yedi Nkunim’, among others.

Daughters of Glorious Jesus also emerged on the Ghanaian music scene in 1990 with their hit song ‘Anwanwa Do’.

Two years later, in 1992, the group came out with ‘Mebo Yesu Din Daa’.
