UK-Based Ghanaian Gospel Musician Donates to Eye of The Lord Orphanage

Ghanaian Gospel musician based in the UK, Yvonne Asamoah-Tawiah (YAT), last Saturday donated some items to the Eye of the Lord Orphanage at Nsawam Adoagyiri in the Eastern Region.

The minister through her YAT Foundation donated items including a bag of clothes for children and adults, books, detergents, toys, bags, toiletries, sanitary products, veronica buckets, nose masks, and hand sanitisers.

Others were noodles, a crate of eggs, boxes of mineral water, and an undisclosed amount of money.

The YAT Foundation Chief Executive in a telephone interview said her decision to set up the foundation has been her passion to help deprived communities both in UK and Ghana. A gesture she revealed was in fulfilment of a pledge she made to the orphanage and to mark her one-year anniversary as a gospel musician.

The presentation was supported by Precious Jewels Group – UK, and Ash Vale Community.

The management of the Eye of the Lord Orphanage thanked YAT Foundation for their kind gesture and prayed that God will continue to bless minister Yvonne Asamoah-Tawiah with spirit-filled songs to transform lives.
