Contemporary gospel music group, Bethel Revival Choir has released an all-time anthem, ‘Revival’ which represents their mission and what they stand for as a group.
The song came at the back of the global coronavirus pandemic which brought the world to knees with evidence of fear and uncertainty everywhere, failed well-known world systems and the church tested, revealing the depth of weakness, deceit and unbelief.
Soon the world realised the only way out is the Almighty God who proved that He is in charge and ready to revive us back to Him.
‘Revival’ comes to reveal the true condition of our hearts and for God to show us our position in Him.
“Until Revival comes, the poor thinks he is rich, the blind thinks he sees, the weak think he is strong, the prisoner thinks he is free, a fallen nation thinks it is standing and the unrighteous thinks he is smart.”
The song features some seasoned gospel musicians including, Ps Edwin Dadson, Ps Jennifer Kofi, Ps Nii Okai, Ps Helen Yawson, Rev Denzel (USA) and Eugen Zuta. Others are Stella Ofoe, Orsborn Agbodovi, Akesse Brempong, Press on Kids and Friends.
‘Revival’ was produced by Henry Datsomor. Video directed by Bra Shizzle, David Boahini, Makafui Kpodo, Daniel Sedoh and Selorm Worthmore.
‘Revival’ is off The Revival Project of the Bethel Revival Choir of the Global Evangelical Church. It is not just a song but a prayer and available on all digital music stores.
